Mini-Session Terms & Liability Waiver

Payment & Cancellations

• Booking Fee: The $175 booking fee is paid in full at the time of scheduling to secure your limited time slot. This fee is strictly non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: Due to the limited nature of mini-sessions, rescheduling is only permitted if requested at least 48 hours prior and is subject to studio availability.

• Emergency Cancellation: If the Studio must cancel due to fire, casualty, or equipment failure, you will receive a full refund.

Punctuality

Sessions are strictly 15 minutes. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Late arrival time will be deducted from your session. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late forfeit the session without a refund.

Copyright & Usage

• Ownership: GRAYN Media Inc. retains the copyright to all images.

• Usage License: The Client receives a digital release for personal use and professional self-promotion (LinkedIn, websites, etc.).

• Model Release: The Client grants the Studio permission to use images for portfolio and marketing. To opt-out, please notify us in writing before your session.

Artistic Discretion & Delivery

• The Studio retains full creative control over editing. All edits are final. RAW/unedited files will not be provided.

• Final proofing galleries will be delivered via Pic-Time within 14 days of the session date.

Liability & Safety

• The Client assumes all risks. GRAYN Media Inc. and its contractors are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during the session.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
